The company is looking for a Country manager for the Spanish market. Your role is to manage the development of the company in Spain. You will be train on the product in Paris head quarter before opening the new Spanish office in Madrid.
Your missions :
- Develop the business in Spain as they did in France. You will define and implement the sales strategy,
- Hire, train & manage the Sales, Marketing, Onboarding & Support Teams,
- Partner with global Marketing team to define and implement traffic acquisition for the Spanish market,
- Become a Spanish payroll expert,
- Be the link between Product & Sales & Support.
